Note that Behind the Code is available both in print and in an electronic version of the somewhat-shorter second edition. You will find this option at the bottom of the price list. By ordering the electronic version, you acknowledge that you are buying the right to print it only one time, or to use the electronic file on only one device, not distributing it further.
The basic price for the hefty paperback is $43 a copy. If you hand me your
cash or check and I hand you a copy , that's your price; I'll
cover the sales tax.
If I ship it to you within the U.S., I offer two choices, using USPS. Postage and shipping supplies
via theoretically four-day delivery,
$9 per order; via Express Mail envelope, $12 per order.
I used to offer to send it via media mail. However, that has enough disadvantages
that it doesn't seem worth the $2-3 saving over their insured four-day rate.
- USPS does not guarantee that it will get to you; if it doesn't, we squawk to no avail.
- If it does arrive, it can be torn up; if it doesn't arrive intact, we squawk to no avail.
- I have to bring it to the post office for shipping.
